New type of advertising available at NigelBarksfield.co.uk

I have just invented a new type of advertising inspired by the fan-powered, waving arms of inflatable figures seen at garages and other places. They are called 'armyads' and you can see one here

If you would like me to design one for you, then please let me know. (POA)

New video English lesson available

My third cartoon video is called 'Lesson One' and features the cartoon characters Nudger Ben, Yang, Kay, Deke and Rose. Nudger Ben is featured in the Ben Arai interactive lesson at NigelBarksfield.co.uk He is the uncomplaining teacher in a primary school, surrounded by mischievous students of course, who are enjoying a game of  Hide and Seek in their English lesson.

It is designed for young learners from about 3 years old to about 9 years old. The language is carefully chosen to demonstrate contextual use of common, useful phrases which need to be understood by learners, in a classroom situation. It is available as an MP4 Quicktime video (but other formats might be available on request). The price has yet to be finalized, but hopefully it will be under UK£10.

Two new video Christmas cards

I have been busy marketing, and making two new cartoon videos. The first is a Christmas card called 'The Corner Shop'. It is completely original, and made using SmithMicro's Anime Studio Debut 6 software. It is the second cartoon Christmas card I have made (the first was 'Christmas Flame', made in 2010). In 'The Corner Shop', a boy pulling a sledge enters, and looks in the window of a toy shop. It starts to snow, and the boy goes into the shop. He buys a model aeroplane, and leaves with the boxed-up model on his sledge.

New instructional videos available

I've just completed two videos, for Quicktime and YouTube, which you can use in your lower level English classes. They aim to help young learners' pronunciation of both the English alphabet and the cardinal numbers from 1-20. They will hopefully give many teachers a welcome rest from endless repetition of these key sounds.

They are available here:

They feature the cartoon character Nudger Ben speaking.
